RYZ Labs in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and help attract top technical talent for our global client projects.

You will partner across teams to execute sourcing campaigns, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to building a high-performing talent pipeline for a fast-growing startup studio with distributed teams in the US and Latam.

Formación

• Fluent in English, verbal and written communication.
• +5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
• CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
