Loymark in Buenos Aires is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for a one-month freelance project focused on Technology/IT roles. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates, conducting interviews in English and managing the candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in tech recruiting, a strong network in Buenos Aires, deep knowledge of the Argentine tech market, and proven sourcing and assessment skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience recruiting Technology / IT profiles.
• Advanced verbal English - required.
• Experience conducting screenings and interviews in English.
• Strong professional network of IT talent in Buenos Aires.
• Good knowledge of the Argentine technology talent market.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Availability to work on a freelance, project-based basis for 1 month.

Responsabilidades

• Source and identify qualified candidates for Technology / IT positions.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews in English.
• Manage and follow up on the candidate pipeline throughout the project.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Leverage an existing professional network within the Buenos Aires technology market.
• Present qualified candidates according to the requirements and timelines of the project.
• Maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
