Silver.dev is seeking experienced recruiters for a hybrid role based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. You will source, interview, and place candidates for startup clients, with a focus on performance and impact.

Formación

• Advanced English fluency required.
• Minimum 5 years recruiting experience, preferably in startups.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.
• Strong sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates for assigned startup clients.
• Screen and interview candidates; coordinate interview processes.
• Own client relationships and recruit operations; hit recruiting goals.
• Collaborate with founder and senior team to improve processes.
