Silver.dev is seeking experienced recruiters for a hybrid role based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. You will source, interview, and place candidates for startup clients, with a focus on performance and impact.

Formación

• Advanced English fluency required.
• Minimum 5 years recruiting experience, preferably in startups.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.
• Strong sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, etc.

About You

• Strong sourcing skills and hands‑on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and similar platforms.

This is a hybrid position based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. We work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week (4x1).

What You'll Do

First Week

• Receive your complete setup (computer, accounts, and recruiting tools).

• Onboard with the founder and senior team members.

• Start sourcing candidates for a designated client on your very first day.

• Shadow recruiter interviews and conduct recruiter screenings.

First Month

• Manage sourcing, screening, and candidate follow-up for a portfolio of companies.

• Participate in day‑to‑day talent operations, including interview coordination, candidate and client follow-ups, and maintaining recruiting records.

• Own clear success metrics and recruiting goals.

First 90 Days

• Independently own client relationships and routine account management.

• Master our recruiting tools and improve processes that impact the entire company.

• Master our recruiting philosophy and become a proactive contributor to the team's success.
