Innovid, a leading ad tech company in Buenos Aires, is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end tech recruiting and partner with global stakeholders to build exceptional teams.

You will lead hiring for diverse roles, drive a world-class candidate experience, and collaborate with HRBPs to align hiring with business needs in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in full-cycle tech recruitment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience representing the company brand at events and meetups.
• Experience recruiting in Argentina and collaborating with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end hiring processes from kickoff to offer.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to assess needs and provide updates.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines and proactive recruitment strategies.
• Maintain ATS records and report key talent metrics.
• Leverage AI sourcing tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
