Devsu is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex software development programs for clients. You will drive end-to-end delivery across multiple technical teams, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical execution, timelines, resources, risks, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background with proven program management experience in software development, technology consulting, IT services, nearshore, or staff augmentation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Project, Program, or Technical Program Management, preferably within software development or technology services.
• Experience in IT Services, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Staff Augmentation, Nearshore, or similar client-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and modern software delivery practices.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Establish and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and delivery plans.
• Partner with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as a strategic point of contact for clients, communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, blockers, and escalations.
• Monitor program health using delivery, technical, financial, and quality metrics.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budget to align with objectives and contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and team performance.
