Sovos Latinoamérica is seeking a Tech Lead, Project Management to lead a centralized PMO for cross-LOB technology initiatives. The role balances people management with hands-on program ownership, reporting to the Executive Sponsor and VP group.

You will oversee two Senior Program Managers and directly drive high-priority programs end to end. The ideal candidate combines leadership with solid technical literacy, agile familiarity, and a pragmatic, AI-enabled approach to governance and delivery.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management and mentoring.
• Proven people leadership and coaching ability.
• Hands-on manager comfortable owning programs end-to-end.
• Excellent communication for VP and executive audiences.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a small PMO team (2 Senior Program Managers).
• Own and run high-priority cross-LOB programs end to end.
• Maintain consolidated view of priorities and delivery progress.
• Own the executive reporting deck and portal for the PMO portfolio.
• Serve as the senior, neutral partner to CoE/LOB leads for sponsorships and governance.
• Establish governance cadence and intake criteria for the PMO portfolio.
• Lead AI-enabled enhancements in reporting, analysis, and team productivity.
