You will collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to optimize performance, drive savings, and enhance competitive edge.

The role requires strong communication, experience with Waterfall and Agile/Lean, and ability to convert requirements into use cases and user stories.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Communications or related field.
• Self-starter with strong business acumen and proactive work style.
• Primary BA on several medium to large complexity projects.
• Experience converting requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Ability to engage developers and business partners to achieve outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Lead analysis of complex business problems and guide design and implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to optimize performance and savings.
• Identify and document emerging requirements and value drivers.
• Capture business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including specs, guides and reports.
• Prioritize demands and assess risks of different option sets.
• Act as translator between business units and IT for aligned capabilities.
• Manage requirements to meet performance expectations.
