DEPT is hiring a Senior Business Analyst in Buenos Aires to own a workstream end‑to‑end within multidisciplinary teams. You’ll translate complex business needs into actionable product and technology solutions, working across clients and internal stakeholders, with GenAI fluency to draft requirements and user stories daily.

You’ll partner with strategists, product managers, designers, engineers, and QA to deliver outcomes with minimal oversight, crossing client contexts and delivery models while

Formación

• 2–4 years of BA experience owning a workstream independently.
• Experience gathering requirements and producing user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and functional specs.
• Working knowledge of Agile and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Run Discovery: stakeholder interviews and workshops to create testable requirements and user stories.
• Document processes, gaps, data mappings, and use cases and close gaps before delivery.
• Follow Agile/Scrum or Kanban practices, adapting to the team's rhythm.
• Define details: business rules, data requirements, integrations, dependencies and exceptions.
• Mentorship: guide junior team members on documentation standards.
