Job summary

PwC Argentina is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Internal Firm Services IT team. You’ll work with clients and teams to translate complex business problems into practical IT solutions from strategy through delivery.

You will lead requirements elicitation, document business needs, and collaborate with developers, users, and stakeholders. Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms and strong governance awareness are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of business processes.
• Proactively asking questions and have good communication with cross-functional teams.
• Discovery methodologies with focus on Elicitation and Requirement Gathering & Documentation.
• Assist the development team with understanding of requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
• Experience with Low Code/No Code platforms such as QuickBase, Appian, KissFlow, PowerApps.
• At least 2 years experience in related field.
• Importance of correct information management.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
• Correct Information Security Management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes and predict requirements; design and implement solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and enhancement requests.
• Create business models, wireframes, and process diagrams.
• Liaise between stakeholders and development teams throughout delivery.
• Document and present requirements to the team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers to estimate project impact.
• Support UAT to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop internal relationships and PwC brand.
