• 15+ years of experience with at least 10 years as Solution Analyst in payments domain.
• Extensive Cross Border Payments delivery across markets.
• Extensive knowledge in ISO 20022 messaging and MX messages.
• Ability to translate and document business needs into functional requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.

• Build functional solutions for Cross border and Real Time Payments initiatives.
• Prepare interface mapping documents and static data for solutions.

• Ensure quality of functional solutions and adherence to program standards.
• Support onboarding UAT, including test case planning and tracking.

• The primary objective is to source a Solution Analyst for Buenos Aires, with Brazil as an alternative location due to the need for Brazil market knowledge.
• The engagement is expected tolast for 3 years, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite in Buenos Aires-BACC orBrazil-Faria Lima, 2 days at the supplier’s company).
• The role is critical for our Brazil Modernization initiative, with an anticipatedstart date no later than December/January.

As a Senior Solution Analyst in the Payments Domain – Corporate & Investment BankingBusiness, you reviewbusinessrequirements and ensure that the complete scope ofbusinessneeds is articulated. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners,business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complexbusinessrequirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support keybusinessinitiatives. As a Lead Solutions analyst, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities :

• Reviewbusinessrequirements and make sure that requirements are captured are articulating the complete scope ofbusinessneeds.
• Perform detailed analysis on the requirements and come up with standard and re-usable solutions.
• Build functional solutions which meetsbusinessrequirements of ongoing Cross border and Real Time Payment initiatives and follow ISO CBPR+ standards.
• Prepare detailed interface mapping documents and static data that meets all the solutions andbusinessrequirements.
• Review the solutions and interface mapping documents withbusinessand technology stake holders to make sure that they are aligned with customer expectations andbusinessneeds.
• Ensure the overall quality of functional solutions, interface mapping documents are in-line with standard practices we follow across the program in the bank.
• Be part of combined cross-functional agile teams and support the on-going build as required.
• Assist thebusinesswith the onboarding UAT, including test cases preparation, planning, communication, and close tracking of activities.
• Work proactively with fellow BAs and other team members, ensuring work is proportionally distributed and targets are met.
• Proactively engage, manage and build strong relationships with bothbusinessand technology stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these tobusinessstakeholders in a timely manner.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• 15 years of experience with at least 10 years as Solution Analyst in payments domain in corporate and investment banking is required.
• Extensive experience in Cross Border Payments delivery across the markets is much needed for this role.
• Extensive knowledge in ISO 20022 messaging and strong experience in MX messages is required.
• Proven ability to work acrossbusinessstreams and have exposure to front to back system implementation.
• Strong understanding of key technology concepts,businessand technical architecture.
• Ability to accurately translate and documentbusinessneeds into functional requirements and produce quality documentation.
• Ability to drive multiple agenda and effectively manage priorities.
• Ability to work proactively, independently and displays strong initiative.
• Pragmatic team player with an attention to detail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
