Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to enhance observability and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor SLIs/SLOs and error budgets for payments workflows.
• Architect and maintain end-to-end observability stacks across distributed environments.
• Lead incident management with blameless RCA and rapid remediation.
• Automate repetitive tasks and build self-healing mechanisms.
• Incorporate AI-assisted diagnostics and smart alerting to speed resolution.
