Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven SRE experience in building reliable, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor SLIs/SLOs for mission-critical payments workflows.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable observability stacks.
• Collaborate with vendor-driven operations to reduce incidents and enable RCA.
• Identify toil and implement automation and self-healing.
• Incorporate AI-driven diagnostics and smart alerting to speed resolution.
• Monitor capacity and performance, supporting load testing and optimization.
