Qualifications

• Proven SRE expertise in production reliability and incident response.
• Hands-on development experience with Python, PowerShell, or C#.
• Experience building observability stacks using Grafana, ADX and KQL.
• Strong ability to translate telemetry into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor SLIs/SLOs for payment workflows.
• Architect and maintain end-to-end observability across distributed systems.
• Lead incident management and blameless RCA to reduce outages.
• Eliminate toil with automation and self-healing mechanisms.
• Integrate AI to improve diagnostics and smart alerting.
• Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning.
