Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Global ESX Infrastructure Support engineer in Argentina. You will work with vSphere, NSX, and vCF to improve resilience, automate workflows, and reduce outages.

You will participate in performance testing, incident analysis, and capacity planning, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade infrastructure. A strong network and software background is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in network, software, or systems engineering.
• Enterprise VMware NSX-T and ESXi experience required.
• Troubleshooting VMware vCF environments in production.
• Experience with vSAN and large-scale data centers.
• Programming in Python, JavaScript or PowerShell.
• Strong networking knowledge: NAT, BGP, VRF, MPLS, IP/TCP/UDP.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead in an agile team and work across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incidents and usage patterns to predict issues.
• Drive adoption of self-healing and resiliency patterns.
• Lead performance tests and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement improvements.
• Maintain and automate infrastructure using scripting languages.
