JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer III to join the Cyber & Technology Controls organization. You will solve complex problems with scalable, reliable solutions using code and cloud infrastructure, and contribute to end-to-end operations and uptime of critical systems.

You will guide teams in deploying automated CI/CD pipelines, improving availability and performance, and leading major incident responses with blameless postmortems.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in supporting products or infrastructure.
• Proficient in site reliability culture and practices.
• Proficient in Python or Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience with observability, SLO/SLI, and telemetry.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Terraform.
• Familiar with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of networking and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
