Responsibilities

• Guides and assists others in building appropriate level designs and gaining consensus from peers where appropriate.
• Collaborates with engineers to design and implement deployment approaches using automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborates to design, develop, test, and implement availability, reliability, and scalability improvements.
• Implements infrastructure and network as code for applications and platforms.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve complex problems and optimize services.
• Monitors service level indicators and uses SLIs/ SLOs to prevent customer impact.
• Supports adoption of SRE best practices within the team.
• Leads major incident responses, root cause analysis, and blameless postmortems.
