Mural is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Growth & Engagement team to build customer-facing features, experimentation capabilities, and AI-powered experiences that help customers discover value faster and achieve more with our product.

You will partner with Product, Design, Data, and other Engineering teams to identify opportunities, validate ideas through experiments, and deliver reliable, scalable software while mentoring others and shaping technical direction.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with MCP and AI tooling.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience delivering customer-facing products with Product and Design teams.
• Strong engineering fundamentals including design, testing, observability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Growth/Engagement or experimentation-focused roles.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing features for acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities and translate feedback into product decisions.
• Design, implement, and analyze experiments using feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Build instrumentation and event pipelines to understand customer behavior.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to architecture and long-term platform improvements.
• Improve performance, reliability, accessibility, and scalability of critical journeys.
• Mentor teammates through leadership and code reviews.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and engineering process improvements.
