Messat Spa is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship core parts of our product. You will work across the stack with a strong emphasis on polished user experiences, while also building reliable backend systems and integrating AI deeply into the product.

We are an early-stage, energetic team where everyone wears multiple hats, moves fast, and cares deeply about what we're building. You’ll own features end-to-end and contribute to shaping what we ship.

Formación

• Expert-level proficiency in React and modern TypeScript.
• Backend API design and server-side basics.
• Polished, intuitive UI/UX design and implementation.
• Experience with AI/LLM tools integrated into product features.
• Product mindset focusing on user experience over tasks alone.
• High-quality code output with minimal review overhead.
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own end-to-end product features across the full stack.
• Design and implement clean, high-performance user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services.
• Integrate AI agents and LLM-powered workflows into the product.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain a high quality bar across the codebase.
• Think like a product builder and help shape what we ship.
