AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. This role involves automation, tooling, and robust incident management to keep services reliable for Fortune 500 brands and startups alike.

You will work with observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo) and collaborate across teams to ensure scalable, secure infrastructure, while supporting onboarding of new clients and continuous

Competenze

• 4+ years hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS.

Mansioni

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks and documentation.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity so the platform scales with demand.
