AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes) to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, focusing on automation, tooling, and incident management.

You will handle incidents end-to-end, work with observability stacks, onboard new clients, and build automation to scale with demand. This role offers flexible remote/office options and a competitive USD-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with observability tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure alerts are actionable and documented.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual work and improve performance.
• Deliver process improvements and support upgrades to software and hardware.
