AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, focusing on automation, tooling, and incident management.

You will monitor and troubleshoot the system with observability tooling, manage incidents end-to-end, onboard new clients, and build automation that reduces manual work while ensuring scalable, reliable service for Fortune 500 brands.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Confident debugging and troubleshooting complex systems from app to infra.
• Experience with public cloud providers (Azure or AWS).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Leverage observability tooling to keep alerts actionable with up-to-date runbooks and documentation.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to cut manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity so the platform scales with demand.
