WPP Production seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer for a contract engagement to build cloud infrastructure within a private AWS environment and create robust CI/CD pipelines. The role emphasizes production‑grade, observable systems with strong collaboration across development teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, deep AWS expertise, and hands‑on experience with Docker, ECS/EKS, IaC frameworks and secure, scalable databases.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional DevOps or SRE experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Extensive experience with AWS as the primary cloud platform, including serverless and event‑driven apps.
• Proven track record in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS).
• Hands‑on with relational databases (RDS or Aurora).
• Proficiency with an Infrastructure as Code framework (Terraform, Pulumi or CDK).
• Strong networking, security, and AWS Well‑Architected Framework knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows for rapid, reliable releases.
• Deploy, optimise and support serverless containerised applications.
• Provision and tune relational databases with high availability and security.
• Build and manage infrastructure declaratively using IaC tools.
• Implement logging, monitoring and alerting for observability and reliability.
• Apply best practices for IAM, secrets management and network security.
