Strategic Staffing Solutions is hiring a ServiceNow Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms supporting Operational Technology (OT) environments. You will work closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and automated integration solutions.

This hands-on role focuses on ServiceNow development, integration, and automation rather than administration, with responsibilities spanning

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST and SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, MID Server, CMDB and Discovery.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively within Agile teams.
• Experience in OT/ICS/SCADA/Manufacturing/Energy/Utilities/Oil & Gas environments.
• Experience integrating with Splunk, Tenable, Active Directory, SAP, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Python or PowerShell.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications.
• Experience with automation and enterprise integration best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow components including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and MID Server.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications, cybersecurity platforms, monitoring solutions, and asset management tools.
• Support CMDB, Discovery, and automation initiatives to improve operational visibility and service management.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with OT, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and application teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Develop scalable and reusable integration components following best practices.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Integration Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms supporting Operational Technology (OT) environments. Key Responsibilities
