The role focuses on backlog prioritization, cross-pod collaboration, and driving Agile maturity without micromanaging every ceremony.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven Scrum Master experience in Agile software environments, across multiple pods.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated leadership and facilitation abilities, driving results.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure Agile ceremonies occur consistently across pods and follow best practices.
- Identify recurring themes and cross-pod patterns; address blockers.
- Consolidate delivery health across pods and relay leadership-ready updates.
- Collaborate with PMs/TPOs to keep backlogs properly prioritized.
- Lead the Scrum of Scrums function and support teams to focus on backlog and depth.
