You will develop goals, schedules, and budgets, allocate resources, and maintain thorough documentation and metrics to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Collaboration with stakeholders and proactive risk management are essential in this fast-paced consultancy.

Formación

• Experience leading Scrum teams within Agile environments.
• Ability to define project goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Proven track record of aligning resources with project needs.
• Experience developing and documenting project plans and metrics.
• Strong communication of project progress and quality.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving project issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and guide Agile teams.
• Develop goals, objectives, and schedules aligned with strategy.
• Assign resources to meet project goals and monitor progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage budget and adjust plans as needs change.
