E-Solutions is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master in Argentina to lead agile software delivery for distributed engineering teams, including investment banking and capital markets contexts. You will coach teams, facilitate sprint and program increment ceremonies, manage dependencies, risks and delivery, and drive continuous improvement with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Aha!, GitHub and Microsoft Teams.

Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration with product owners, and an understanding of AI

Formación

Scrum Master with 10+ years supporting software engineering teams.
10+ years in Agile software development environments.
Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles.
Experience with sprint, release, and Program Increment planning.
Strong team coaching, facilitation, and continuous improvement.
Experience in dependency, risk, capacity, and delivery management.
Proficiency in Agile metrics, reporting and stakeholder communication.
Ability to coordinate across distributed global teams.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Aha!, GitHub, and Teams.
Awareness of Microsoft Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native, and microservices.
Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Copilot, AI governance and Responsible AI.
