Dev.Pro, a remote-first global IT team, invites an Intermediate Scrum Master to join our cross-functional crew developing internal applications for a global fintech client. You’ll facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies while supporting effective team collaboration.

This role blends Scrum Master duties with people management, including 1:1s, development support, and performance reviews. You will use Jira, coach teams, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives).
• Previous experience in people management.
• Experience conducting 1:1 meetings with team members.
• Experience supporting professional development of team members.
• Experience participating in or conducting performance reviews.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with individual team members.
• Ability to guide and support a proactive team in its day-to-day work.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Support and guide the team in applying Scrum and Agile practices.
• Work closely with individual team members through regular 1:1 meetings.
• Support team members' professional and career development.
• Support and follow up on team members' development plans.
• Participate in or conduct performance reviews.
• Use Jira to track relevant team information and metrics.
