Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL).
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Agentforce Specialist, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I.
• Proven experience as Salesforce Administrator with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud knowledge.
• Experience using AI tools to improve internal workflows.
• Strong knowledge of user management, security, profiles, roles, and data management.
• Experience in creating/maintaining workflows and automation using flows and process builders.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Proven autonomous worker who can lead discovery with US stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English with discovery leadership experience.
• Pragmatic, user-first mindset with focus on impactful, minimal-over-engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Independently design, build, and execute Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other tools.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve internal efficiency and customer-facing apps.
• Coordinate with Salesforce professional services to optimize investments.
• Avoid over-engineering; apply simplest effective approach.
• Maintain documentation and ensure maintainability of solutions.
• Triage Salesforce-related requests across departments and align priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership on a prioritization framework balancing urgency and value.
• Own the full solution lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.
