Aquiva is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to drive AI-native development with agentic tooling. You will own features end-to-end, from requirements to production, on Salesforce with a focus on code that ships under your name and robust testing.

You will join a compact, efficient AI POD and work remotely across international locations. Fluency in English (B2+) and strong communication are essential as you collaborate with clients and stakeholders daily.

Formación

• Daily AI tooling practice with Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent stack.
• 5+ years on the Salesforce platform with complex production apps.
• Judgment over agentic output and fast fixes.
• Strong testing practices for reliable releases.
• English, B2 or above for daily use.
• Effective communication to explain trade-offs to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• AI-augmented development with agentic tools; code ships under your name.
• Salesforce application development on the Salesforce platform.
• Engage with clients to understand challenges and deliver solutions.
• Clarify requirements with business and align on outcomes before coding.
• Own and review the test suite; ensure important cases are covered.
