MarketFully is seeking a senior Salesforce Admin who thrives on building scalable solutions and driving business outcomes through configuration, automation, and code when needed. You will partner with stakeholders, translate needs into scalable Salesforce designs, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across teams.

This high-autonomy role requires strategic thinking, prioritization, and strong English communication as you influence solutions from discovery through deployment.

Qualifications

6+ years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Active Campaign.
Certified: Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I.
Strong understanding of user management, security, profiles and data management.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and execute scalable Salesforce solutions with minimal oversight.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into Salesforce features.
Leverage AI and automation to improve internal workflows and customer applications.
Maintain documentation and ensure maintainable solutions.
Own full solution lifecycle from discovery to delivery with leadership priorities.
