Aquiva Labs, Inc. is seeking an AI-native Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead AI-assisted development on Salesforce platforms. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with clients from requirements through production, and leverage agentic tooling across the full cycle.

You will work in English daily, bring strong testing practices, and help raise the bar for the team with your own workflow and opinions on AI tooling.

Formación

• 5+ years on the Salesforce platform with complex production apps.
• Daily AI tooling practice with agentic tools in workflow.
• Judgment over agentic output; can fix incorrect or unsafe AI results.
• Strong testing practices ensuring reliability across frequent releases.
• English, B2 or above; daily usage in discussion.

Responsabilidades

• AI-augmented development; take ownership of features from requirements to release.
• Salesforce application development on the Salesforce platform as a senior developer.
• Client engagement; be the technical voice and deliver solutions that fit.
• Clarify user stories and requirements with business to align on outcomes before coding.
• Own the test suite; ensure test coverage with AI assistance and fill gaps as needed.
