AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations for a GTM data platform. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, integrate with Salesforce EVO/Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation using Java or Python in an Agile team.

The role requires 4+ years of backend experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration, and you will work in a fully remote setup with

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience in Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiar with agile delivery and JIRA, and English communication level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java/Python).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation—Ghost User, Calendly integration, webhooks.
• Contribute to GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an Agile sprint process with a JIRA backlog.
