Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a Revenue Operations Expert for a remote contractor role focusing on sales, revenue, and customer success operations. You will leverage CRM platforms to optimize workflows, data accuracy, and reporting across SaaS environments.

You will configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage revenue tools, build end-to-end workflows, and produce clear documentation and dashboards. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
