Remotejobsone is seeking an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to provide expert US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll support from Argentina. This role requires strong accounting judgment and the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.

You will work ET hours with US clients, using Zendesk and other proprietary tools, and you will document resolutions and coordinate with internal specialists as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Professional accounting experience, ideally with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex tax and accounting inquiries.

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets and issues.
• Review bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Explain complex topics to non-technical customers.
• Document resolutions and maintain customer records.
