Inside Out, a US-based premium placement firm, seeks a General Manager - Recruitment to lead the delivery engine from Argentina while aligning with US business hours. You will own end-to-end processes, oversee recruiters and coordinators, and drive rapid growth with elite candidate sourcing and retention.

You will manage an ATS (JazzHR), optimize sourcing channels, and ensure top-quality placements with strong 90-day retention, alongside profit-sharing upside as the business scales.

Formación

• 5–10+ years in recruitment with leadership experience.
• Experience managing recruiters and maintaining a high quality bar under speed.
• Highly data-driven with placements per month, fill times and drop-off rates.
• Calm, structured, decisive, and excellent prioritization.
• Comfortable working US hours remotely and using AI screening tools.
• Experience placing into US/UK/Australian clients preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Time-to-fill: manage timelines from signed client to placed candidate.
• The Bench: maintain a pipeline of screened, interview-ready candidates.
• Team Performance: lead an operations coordinator, recruiters, and sourcing support.
• Quality Control: ensure placement quality and 90-day retention.
• Process Optimization: manage JazzHR ATS, sourcing channels, and candidate experience.
• Scale & Expansion: drive more placements monthly and expand roles.
