Vessa is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to build and scale recruiting across LATAM, partnering with growing U.S. companies. You will oversee recruiters, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth movement from sourcing to candidate presentation while driving metrics and process improvements.

This fully remote, full-time role offers the chance to shape how we source, develop recruiters, manage searches, and deliver outstanding talent across international teams.

Formación

• 4+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or recruiting operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, pipelines, and recruiting metrics.
• Experience managing multiple searches at the same time.
• Experience with ATS/CRM such as Recruit CRM, Greenhouse, Ashby, Workable, Lever, or similar.
• Excellent English communication skills.

We are hiring for a company that connects exceptional Latin American talent with growing U.S. companies. We're growing through referrals and repeat business, and we're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to help us scale how we recruit and deliver talent.

You'll oversee our recruiters, improve our recruiting workflows, and make sure every search moves efficiently from sourcing to candidate presentation.

What you'll do

• Previous experience as a recruiter, ideally with experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, pipelines, and recruiting metrics.
• Experience managing multiple searches at the same time.
• Experience with an ATS/CRM such as Recruit CRM, Greenhouse, Ashby, Workable, Lever, or similar.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working hands-on.

You'll stand out if you have:

• Staffing or recruitment agency experience.
• Experience building or improving recruiting processes.
• Experience recruiting across LATAM or internationally.
• Experience with recruiting automation or AI tools.
