Solvo Global Careers in Mendoza, Argentina is seeking a highly organized Point of Contact to act as the linchpin of our recruitment workflow. The POC will engage with Hiring Managers and Clients, align requisitions with business goals, and accelerate hiring velocity while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

You will lead kickoff meetings, monitor progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely feedback across teams.

Responsabilidades

Serve as primary liaison between clients, Hiring Managers, and recruiters.
Understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Lead knowledge sharing to ensure recruitment teams are aligned.
Govern end-to-end recruitment workflow and remove bottlenecks.
Oversee candidate shortlists and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Manage the candidate experience from outreach to offer coordination.
Use analytics to monitor process efficiency and drive improvements.
