Omniscient Digital is seeking a senior recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across all departments. You will source proactively, build qualified pipelines, run screens, and close candidates, partnering with hiring managers to shape the team.

You’ll own our Ashby instance and drive data-driven recruiting workflows. You’ll report to the CEO and collaborate with Strategy, Editorial, Digital PR, and Operations to scale a fast-growing agency.

Formación

• Senior, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced marketing or creative agency
• Proactive sourcer who can describe how to find non-applicants and has hires to prove it
• Experience closing candidates: comp conversations, counteroffers, keeping candidates warm
• Able to run multiple searches simultaneously and manage a scalable system
• Administrating Ashby (or similar ATS) beyond basic usage

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for every open role across departments
• Source proactively and build a pipeline from scratch
• Write compelling job postings and optimize when needed
• Screen, interview, and move candidates through the process
• Close candidates and manage compensation and offers
• Partner with hiring managers to align needs and plan interviews
• Own Ashby data and keep the funnel accurate
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain dashboards
• Surface insights and flag at-risk searches early
