Santex is seeking a Senior QA Manual to join the Digital QA team, focusing on CRM and Customer Experience initiatives that power our enterprise mobile application. The ideal candidate has experience testing CRM applications, customer journeys, APIs, integrations, and mobile applications in an Agile environment.

Design, develop, and execute test plans; validate end-to-end journeys; ensure production readiness before release, collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Automation

Formación

• 4+ years of QA experience testing CRM, Digital, Mobile, or Customer Experienceapplications.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience with:- Functional Testing- Integration Testing- Regression Testing- UAT- API Testing- Backend/Data Validation

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for CRM-related features.
• Validate end-to-end customer journeys across the mobile app, CRM platform, and backend services.
• Validate CRM integrations with Loyalty, Offers, Rewards, Push Notifications, Customer Support, and Marketing platforms.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate CRM services and datasynchronization.
• Investigate defects through application logs, API responses, and database validation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and QAAutomation Engineers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups,and retrospectives.
• Ensure production readiness by validating business-critical customer experiences before release.
