Softgic is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality of web and mobile SaaS apps. You will work with developers, product managers, and automation engineers to define testing strategies and mentor junior QA staff.

The role emphasizes SDLC proficiency, manual and automated testing, and strong problem-solving skills, with opportunities to grow into a QA Lead or Manager. Remote collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or related roles.
• Strong SDLC experience from requirements to production release.
• Experience with multi-tiered, web-based, SaaS and/or mobile apps.
• Hands-on manual and functional testing experience.
• Experience creating test plans, strategies, cases, and docs.
• Experience with risk-based testing and defect tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement risk-based testing strategies.
• Develop detailed test plans, cases, procedures, and QA strategies.
• Execute functional testing and document results.
• Manage testing schedules and QA progress across projects.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to increase coverage.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and participate in process improvements.
