Upgrade is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to own testing across microservices, driving quality with automation and functional testing. You’ll work with product teams, review specifications, and contribute to architecture discussions to improve delivery speed.

This is a fully remote long-term contract open to LATAM-based candidates. You will build test strategies, automate validation, and help ensure high-quality software released at pace.

Formación

• Experience in Java-based test automation with Selenium.
• Experience deploying services in Kubernetes with ArgoCD and Jenkins.
• Improve existing test infrastructure using Docker and headless browsers.
• Familiar with log aggregators (SumoLogic, Kibana, Splunk) and monitoring tools (Grafana).
• Passionate about automated testing in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute functional/performance tests in disposable environments for microservices.
• Develop test automation aligned with feature development.
• Patch services and deploy infrastructure changes to production.
• Analyze logs and reproduce production issues in a non-production environment.
• Plan and implement validation strategies for features.
