Software Mind Americas is seeking skilled Software Engineers (Python) to join our dynamic team and work closely with one of our inspiring US clients. The client is building asset-based lending infrastructure, delivering fast, reliable solutions that process billions in transactions annually.

You will own and optimize the onboarding process, collaborate on configurations, and contribute to a modern stack including Python/Flask, NextJS/React, and Tailwind CSS.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend software engineering experience with Python (Flask).
• Proficient with PostgreSQL and familiar with other databases.
• Experience with React frontend development.
• Strong Git version control knowledge.
• SQL basics for data queries.
• Nice-to-have: Excel for data handling.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.
• Willingness to take ownership of major initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer onboarding process and ensure accurate system integration.
• Drive onboarding process improvements and best practices.
• Oversee multiple onboarding projects with high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients on configurations and customizations.
• Execute development tasks for onboarding using Python/Flask, NextJS/React, Tailwind.
