Jobtailor in Argentina is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale initiatives. You will develop integrated plans with global teams, manage schedules and dependencies, and drive governance through PMO processes.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably within large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Marketing or creative operations experience; agency-side experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and reporting/dashboard preparation.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of initiatives including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking, and delivery governance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with cross-functional business, technology, operations, and sector teams.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, and execution priorities to ensure timely delivery across initiatives.
• Coordinate resource planning, capacity tracking, and execution readiness across global and virtual teams.
• Facilitate project reviews, milestone checkpoints, and delivery readiness assessments to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Establish and manage PMO governance processes including RAID logs, executive dashboards, action trackers, status reporting, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with EY GDS and EY US stakeholders to drive execution alignment.
• Coordinate transition, deployment, and operational readiness activities for successful implementation.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the lifecycle.

• Facilitate project reviews, milestone checkpoints, and delivery readiness assessments to ensure timely and high‑quality execution

Requirements
