Dev.Pro is a global remote-first IT services company hiring in Latin America. In this role you will lead delivery across multiple engineering teams for a major outsourcing account, ensuring high-quality execution and strong client relationships.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for 100+ specialists, guide managers and Team Leads, and advance delivery excellence while traveling internationally 3-4 times per year.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within software outsourcing.
• Experience managing large multi-team engineering organizations (100+ specialists).
• Advanced understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience in IT outsourcing or managed services with budgets, forecasting, and P&L.

Is that you?

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within the software development outsourcing industry
• Experience in an IT outsourcing or managed services environment, focusing on execution and operational support
• Experience managing large, multi-team engineering organizations with 100+ specialists, including leading Team Leads, managers, and high-performing teams
• Advanced understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Practical experience managing delivery financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and P&L
• Strong client communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, establish strong client relationships, and be seen by clients as a key leader
• Strong leadership, people-management, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally 3-4 times per year

Desirable:

• Experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery teams
• Experience identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts

In this role, you'll ensure high-quality delivery across multiple engineering teams while building strong client relationships, supporting managers, and maintaining operational excellence within a large outsourcing account.

• Proactively manage team performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting career development
• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and support hiring to ensure effective resource allocation
