Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager to lead enterprise-scale CRM programs and drive delivery for complex, strategic customers. You will coordinate program scope, release planning, and cross-functional alignment, while mentoring teams to achieve high CSAT and business outcomes.

You will partner with executives, manage dependencies across teams, and ensure timely, value-driven program execution with clear metrics and forecasts.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in a program management role leading enterprise-scale CRM projects.
• 10+ years experience in management consulting or consulting services.
• Experience with leading multiple work streams and executive communication.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programs by aligning scope, release planning, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive agile software engineering processes and ensure focus on business goals.
• Lead meetings to decision-making and obstacle removal; ensure program success.
• Build partnerships with functional teams and act as a trusted partner for executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional release management, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Provide monthly program reviews and risk/issue updates to stakeholders.
