AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This role prioritizes epics that reduce systemic risk and drives adoption of policy and tooling changes.

Strong AppSec or DevSecOps background and cross-functional autonomy are essential. You will define and drive product strategy across security, engineering, and product teams, ensuring new solutions cut developer friction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts directly reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Business Unit Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure that all built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.
