AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk, drive policy/tooling adoption, and minimize developer friction with cross-functional autonomy.

The role requires 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner, experience in AppSec/DevSecOps, and strong data-driven decision-making.

Formación

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure built solutions like ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning reduce developer friction.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
