AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This person will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk, drive adoption of policy and tooling changes, and ensure new solutions minimize developer friction.

Strong AppSec or DevSecOps background and cross-functional autonomy are essential for success in this fast-paced, remote-friendly, hybrid environment with global impact.

Formación

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without needing day-to-day direction.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Business Unit Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and improve the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
