Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals.

This role prioritizes epics that reduce systemic risk, drives policy and tooling changes, and minimizes developer friction. The ideal candidate has a strong AppSec/DevSecOps background, operates autonomously with cross-functional teams, makes data-driven decisions, and communicates in upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner, ideally building internal developer platforms, security tooling, or DevSecOps products.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts directly reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Business Unit Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure that all built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.
